| Mr. Walker was first introduced to the retail sector of the $250 billion remodeling industry in early 2003 in executive management of one of the Top 50 Remodeling Companies in the United States. Several years of field research and development led to the vision of Remodel Auction, Inc. in the first quarter of 2005.
Mr. Walker is fully bonded and licensed with the North Carolina State Banking Commission as a Loan Officer providing Remodel Auction members with access to turn key financing solutions. Prior to 2003 Walker held significant executive positions in operations, information systems, and finance: Retail Stockbroker in 1990 (managing 400 accounts in ten states), Corporate Securities Group (NASD Principal and Branch Office Owner), JW Genesis Securities (Branch Owner of a National Broker Dealer) later bought out by fifth largest bank holding company in the United States, First Union Bank. Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Technology and Business from Appalachian State University. |
